You can set the minimum and maximum wind range that you would like. You can also set the time schedule for your alert from weekdays, weekends, any day or a particular day Mon-Sun. For each day, specify the earliest and latest time you would want to get an alert for. For example, it is not of interest if the wind is strong at 10pm so you can filter these notifications out.
